Are the Events included in the price of the room reservations?

Yes! Prices are all inclusive of selected room accommodations, all food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, the full list of All-Inclusive Events, Round trip Shuttle Airport transfers from the Punta Cana International Airport to the host hotel, and all taxes and gratuities!

What airport should I use?

Punta Cana International Airport (Airport Code- PUJ)

Do I need a passport to attend this event?

Yes. A passport is required to travel outside of the U.S. To apply for a passport please  click here.

Are my food and drinks included in the price?

Yes. All food at the 9 sit-down restaurants, 2 buffets, coffee house, and room service is included. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at any of the bars located on the property are included. All items in the mini bar located in your room are included, and will be restocked daily. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also included at each of the listed Sand & Soul events that will be held throughout the weekend. Taxes and gratuities are also included.

What are the actual travel dates for this event?

Our trip will be held Thursday August 30th – Monday September 3rd, 2018.

How can I add extra days to my stay? The website is not allowing me to.

Please call the Hard Rock resort at 1-855-537-4129 and they will be happy to assist you. We will ensure that your room does not have to change between the extra nights and the nights during the Sand & Soul event.

Is airfare included in the pricing information?

No. All airfare reservations should be booked directly with your preferred airline carrier.

Can I get a refund?

All money paid into the trip is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I get a VIP section?

Everyone is VIP with us! However, there are no reserved sections for sale.

There are multiple people in my room. Can we use multiple credit cards to pay for our room booking?

To make the initial deposit, you can only use one card. After completing this first transaction, you will then be able to login to your account and make all additional payments with different credit cards until the booking is paid in full.
